1. Scope of Manufacturing Rights
-
Design Specifications: The licensee is granted the right to produce the SO4Disk using provided CAD suites and thermal management architecture.
-
Material Standards: All units must be produced with a high-quality metal body, consistent with the industrial design of the SO4 hardware ecosystem.
-
Capacity Tiers: Production rights are granted for four distinct storage capacities:16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.

2. Technical Integration & Standards
-
Hardware-Software Synergy: Manufactured drives are intended to serve as physical bridges for cross-chain adapters and token-gated portal storage.
3. Branding & Visual Identity
-
Logo Placement: The SO4 logo must be clearly visible on the outer cover of every manufactured unit.
-
Aesthetic Consistency: Renders and physical products must maintain a professional finish, adhering to the established branding requirements for the SO4 project.

4. Intellectual Property & Licensing
-
Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights for the SO4Disk design and the SO-Core architecture; the licensee is granted only the right to manufacture.
-
Distribution: The RTM model focuses on the transfer of manufacturing blueprints rather than the sale of physical inventory by the designer.
